By equipping learners with user-centred design and interface development competencies, the bootcamp prepares participants for roles in digital product teams, agencies, and start-ups.
Aligned with the NCFE Level 3 Certificate in User Experience and User Interface Design, the bootcamp covers user research, wireframing, visual design, accessibility, and prototyping using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Miro.

Week 1
Introduction to UX & UI Design & UX Research
This intensive first week is designed to equip you with the basic knowledge and skills to address the increasing demand for digital design skills within London's creative and technology sectors.

Week 2
Information Architecture & Wireframing & UI Design Principles
Designed to deepen your understanding, the second week offers practical insights and development of key areas in the UX design landscape.

Prototyping & Testing
This week focuses on essential knowledge in both prototyping and testing processes, and learning the importance of feedback in relation to project success.

Week 4
Mobile & Responsive Design & Collaborative Projects
Gain a solid foundation in the various platforms you may encounter during UX design employment during week 4.

Working in design teams using Agile and Kanban

Using Trello or Jira to manage workflow

Week 5
Real-World Client Project & Portfolio Development
Week 5 will highlight your knowledge thus far, and you will begin cultivating your online and in-person presence in the UX landscape.​

Your final week will be a showcase of your skills and knowledge thus far. Here, you will present your final project and prepare yourself for real-world employment opportunities.
