About this qualification?
The purpose of the Level 3 Certificate in Cyber Security Practices is to provide learners with sector awareness. It will provide the learner with a chance to develop knowledge and skills relating to cyber security practices with the view to seeking employment or proceeding to further study in this area.
Who is it suitable for?
Those looking to consolidate their knowledge of Cyber Security and learn practical skills which can be used to seek work or proceed into study at Level 4.
Funding
The National Skills Fund will:

fund 70% of the cost of upskilling the existing workforce across the variety of sectors for large employers*

fund 90% of the cost of upskilling existing workforce for SME employers*

*Definition to qualify as an SME: employs less than 250 employees and annual turnover is under £50 million.
