About the Role
The Bookings Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organising reservations for guests. This role involves liaising with customers, ensuring smooth operations for group bookings, events, and special occasions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
You will be the key point of contact for guests looking to book spaces, gaming areas, or events, ensuring that all their needs are met from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚·Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing detailed information about our offerings, game packages, and available dates.
ï‚·Schedule reservations for parties, corporate events, birthdays, and other special occasions, ensuring all event details are accurately recorded.
ï‚·Manage booking calendar, ensuring no overbooking and maintaining a flow of reservations.
ï‚·Collaborate with the operations and bar team to ensure the proper setup for events, including any special requests like drinks packages, private areas, and catering.
ï‚·Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their bookings, providing exceptional customer service.
ï‚·Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to personalise their experience.
ï‚·Ensure smooth transitions between booked time slots and communicate any changes or updates to guests promptly.
ï‚·Coordinate with marketing team to support offers or events that may require group bookings.
ï‚·Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all bookings, cancellations, and reschedules.
ï‚·Handle payments and deposits for bookings as necessary and ensure billing accuracy.
ï‚·Assist with on-site coordination of large events or private parties to ensure the smooth flow of activities and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and skills

Desirable:
Previous experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service preferred.
