About the Role

In this particular role, you’ll be required to source your leads through different mediums, have consultations with them and put then forward to one of your many college/university clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ï‚·Calling new prospects from after sourcing their CVs.

  • ï‚·Helping as many people as possible within the field of higher education and learning.

  • ï‚·Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with Universities or live vacancies.

  • ï‚·Screening and short-listing candidates before clients meet them.

  • ï‚·Meeting quotas towards overall company target and goals set by your team leader.

  • ï‚·Providing comprehensive, confidential, and impartial information services on educational and training opportunities within the establishment.

  • ï‚·Supporting learners through initial assessments using a range of methods.

  • ï‚·Identifying careers paths suitable within your quota and discern what a candidate may need in terms of CV preparation, interview tips, overcoming barriers into learning and work (for example: childcare, travel finance), identifying courses and training and signposting to other departments.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications and skills


Essential:

  • Demonstration of a high level of customer service and customer care.

  • ï‚·Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • ï‚·Excellent interpersonal skills that make for good team chemistry.

  • ï‚·Proficient in use of computers (word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet.


Desirable:

  • ï‚·University Degree

  • ï‚·Somebody who is outspoken and confident.

  • ï‚·Knowledge on UK higher/further education.

  • ï‚·Someone who can demonstrate the potential to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • ï‚·Someone that has great attention to detail.

  • ï‚·Passion for helping people and talking to people.

  • ï‚·An ability to work at a fast pace.

  • ï‚·Someone with good initiative and conversational skills.

  • ï‚·Previous experience within IAG.
