About the Role

To communicate with the commercial, financial, and data teams to manage the production and distribution reports within deadlines. This involves creating presentations and correspondence as needed for internal committee and board meetings for the regional director.


Assist in tracking key actions and data for the hub and address escalated inquiries and complaints when necessary. This includes coordinating with senior divisional staff internally and clients externally to ensure effective communication and information delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Management of office compliancy for BSI standard.

• Provide high-level administrative support to the director, managing their schedule, emails, and correspondence.

• Diary management and coordination of meetings for RD.

• Preparation of reports and action response for meetings prior to meeting.

• Screening of emails and inbox management. For regional director

• Preparation of papers for board meetings and committee meetings.

• Support with email, letters, reports and presentations.

• Hub communications to Senior Management Team (SMT)

• Organisation of meetings and accommodation.

• Minute taking for key meetings.

• Liaising with clients and staff collating and distributing information.

• Preparation and support of highly confidential documents.

• Perform additional duties, appropriate to the role as and when required

Requirements

Minimum qualifications and skills


Essential:

• Demonstrable skills in stakeholder management; has the ability to positively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and on client-side

• Strategic mindset: understanding the broader implications of how one decision in one partnership could have an effect across the broader portfolio and MSPS

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with high volume demand across a range of stakeholders

• Role models a collaborative approach and coaching style to help drive local knowledge/capability into the user base

• Innovative and possessing a problem-solving mindset is curious and willing to consider longer term trends and innovation opportunities to deliver greater experiences, reduce operational overheard and improve margins.

• Providing Executive Administration for a Director level experience

• Self-sufficient and able to work as part of a team

• Producing, updating and collating documents as directed for reports and presentations.

• Preparing agendas, co-ordinates apologies and responses

• Proficient use of Microsoft packages

• Ability to interpret data

• Strong Stakeholder Management skills

• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service


Desirable:

• Experience of working within the Housing Sector

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
