About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a savvy content creator who lives and breathes social media. You’ll be the voice of the organisation across platforms—creating scroll stopping content, building an engaged community, and keeping the buzz alive online. If you’ve got a knack for trends, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and know how to turn a good night into great content, this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Capture the vibe: regularly shoot and edit photo and video content that showcases our events, drinks, games, team, and guests.
Engage with our online community—responding to messages, comments, and mentions to keep our audience feeling seen and heard.
Work closely with the events and marketing team to promote upcoming nights, special offers, and collaborations.
Monitor social trends and insights to keep our content fresh, fun, and on brand.
Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to grow engagement and reach.
Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the energy, personality, and uniqueness of the organisation.
Assist with influencer collaborations and local partnerships to boost visibility.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and skills
Essential:
Proven 1-2 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, or events.
Strong photography and videography skills, including editing for social (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.).
A finger on the pulse of social trends, memes, and what makes content shareable.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A love for nightlife, events, and creating memorable experiences is essential.
Desirable:
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms is a plus.
